Are your products safe?

Yes. Our Laviya+ supplements are manufactured in the USA in FDA-registered and GMP-certified facilities. Our body care products use natural ingredients like Turmeric, Honey, and Shea Butter. Always consult a doctor before starting new supplements.

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing: 1-3 business days.

Shipping: 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Why did I only receive part of my order?


Since we prioritize freshness, our Laviya+ Supplements ship from our specialized facility, while our Body Care products ship from our local headquarters. They may arrive in separate packages, but don't worry—everything is on its way!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Kodexfi only ships within the United States.

Can I return my products?


We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed items. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements or used body care products.

How do I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you ordered different types of products, you might receive two different tracking numbers.

How should I store my supplements?


Keep your Laviya+ supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain potency.

My body butter arrived a bit soft. Is this normal?


Yes! Because we use natural oils and butters (like Shea and Cocoa butter), they can soften in warm weather during shipping. Just place the jar in a cool place or the fridge for 30 minutes, and it will be perfect again
